Common & Contender Bouts will Traditionally be Three (3) One Minute or One Minute & Thirty Second (1:30) Rounds

Championship Title Bouts may be up to Five (5) One Minute & Thirty Second (1:30) Rounds

MMA Style Fights: Professionals Fight with 4oz MMA Gloves, and Amateurs Fight with 7oz MMA Gloves
